I wish everyone's experience in buying and selling a home was as pleasant and easy as ours was.  Alina has to be one of the sweetest, hardest working agents we've met.  Her genuine and sincere interest in finding and selling our home was something you don't find these days.  We had followed her in the past just by grabbing the Homes and Land magazine and her features speak for themselves.  Many of the homes featured in the magazine intrigued us, but our dream home made the cover last month and we knew it was the one.

From our initial discussions with Alina Schumacher, it was evident that she is a true professional with high integrity who goes the extra mile for her clients. This is why we selected Alina to sell our home. We were not disappointed. In her pamphlet, she captured all the wonderful things we loved about our home, and she brought out a few new ones as well!
While our home was on the market, Alina was always contactable and responsive to our needs or requests for information. She takes a proactive stance in communicating with her clients, pre-qualifying the viewers before hand. This was a big time saver for us!! When there were nervous times during the selling process, she was always there to guide us through, giving us sound advice and always looking out for our best interests. She reassured us when we worried about little things and was like a rock we could cling to whilst surging ahead in unknown waters!
We viewed Alina as not only our personal real estate consultant, but as a friend we could trust to lead us down a path we needed to explore, not just someone processing orders for properties. She took extra care and time in every detail and would provide solid advice that proved to be very helpful in getting a great price for our property as quickly as possible in this ever changing market.

Alina Schumacher is a truly unique Real Estate Agent. Our feelings towards many real estate agents was the same as lawyers and used car salesmen... We just didn't feel that we could trust them.
