From our initial discussions with Alina Schumacher, it was evident that she is a true professional with high integrity who goes the extra mile for her clients. This is why we selected Alina to sell our home. We were not disappointed. From the beginning and in every step of the process, Alina would let us know what to anticipate and describe the possible outcomes. It was very comforting to work with Alina as she gave us the confidence and security that she knew what she was doing and would be there to answer any of our questions or take care of any problems that would arise.
Alina initially went through our country property room by room and gave us a list of things that needed to be done to prepare our home for sale. She saw things that we never would have thought of. This really paid off, helping to sell the property more quickly within our desired price range. Alina, by the way, was right on target with the asking price. We quickly came to understand why the majority of the homes in the area were sold by this fantastic woman. We also soon understood why the preparation was important.
When she worked on the marketing material in preparation for the viewings and open house, Alina went above and beyond with a glossy multi-page pamphlet with lots of photos of our home both inside and out. In her pamphlet, she captured all the wonderful things we loved about our home, and she brought out a few new ones as well!
While our home was on the market, Alina was always contactable and responsive to our needs or requests for information. She takes a proactive stance in communicating with her clients, pre-qualifying the viewers before hand. This was a big time saver for us!! When there were nervous times during the selling process, she was always there to guide us through, giving us sound advice and always looking out for our best interests. She reassured us when we worried about little things and was like a rock we could cling to whilst surging ahead in unknown waters!
We viewed Alina as not only our personal real estate consultant, but as a friend we could trust to lead us down a path we needed to explore, not just someone processing orders for properties. She took extra care and time in every detail and would provided solid advice that proved to be very helpful in getting a great price for our property as quickly as possible in this ever changing market.
